Reflection time / return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the web store Sah-ra are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at Info@sah-ra.com We will then refund the order amount owed excluding shipping costs within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.

Refund

Once the return has been received, we strive to refund the purchase amount within the specified period via the original payment method. If you have not yet paid for items, the amount will be deducted from the outstanding account. (Keep in mind that it may take longer for foreign accounts)

RETURN CONDITIONS

• The costs of the return shipment are for the customer.
• The customer receives a return form with the order, this must be completed and sent with the return.
• The order must be returned in its original packaging.
• The item must not have been worn, washed or damaged. The labels must be attached to the item.
• Be careful with make-up: an item with make-up stains will not be returned.
• Orders that fall outside the Reflection period of 14 days will not be returned.
• No washing guarantee is given. Problems arising after washing are your own responsibility.
• The Returned Items are the responsibility of the customer until they are received at Sah-ra. *

* Return receipt must be kept safe until we have received the Item (s). The customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail when the return has been received, it will be stated that the return has been received and will be processed.

Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all.

You can contact Info@sah-ra.com for this If the item meets our conditions, you can exchange it for a different size. When filling in the return form, you can enter the desired size. As soon as we have received your return, we will check whether the desired size is in stock.

You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product. You will receive confirmation that your order is on its way. If the desired size is not in stock, you will receive a refund.

Unfortunately, ordered items cannot be exchanged for another item. If you would still like to receive a different item, we recommend that you return your purchase. When your return meets the return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount excluding shipping costs.
